Rachel Whitsitt represented me in a collaborative divorce. While, fortunately, I did not have a contentious divorce, Rachel was very helpful laying out the things that were going to happen and also what could happen. I would highly recommend Rachel to represent anyone in a divorce. Granted, a collaborative divorce is a different process (I would recommend this process) than a “normal” divorce proceeding, I feel she and her team would serve you well.
