Make a payment

Whitsitt Fields, LLC accepts payment in the form of cash, check, credit card, debit card, and ACH. The firm utilizes Clio to accept online methods of payment. The payor acknowledges and understands that when paying any fees electronically, the payor will be responsible for paying any processing fees associated with their preferred method of payment. The firm’s credit card processing service has fees of 2.95% for each transaction except for American Express, whose fee is 3.5%.

Initial Retainers or Replenishment to Trust:

1. Initial Retainers. If you have received and signed an engagement agreement for Whitsitt Fields, LLC to represent you (or if you are making a payment on behalf of someone who has), and need to pay the initial retainer/deposit to the firm’s trust account, please do so here.
2. Trust Replenishment. If you need to increase your balance in trust for your pending matter pursuant to the terms of your engagement agreement, please do so here.

Fees Owed:

To make a payment to Whitsitt Fields, LLC for fees owed, if not covered by any monies the Firm holds for you in trust, or if you have been directed to do so by a team member of the Firm, please do so here.
